Adhesive vinyl flooring is the classic installation method for design flooring. This initially refers to laying adhesive vinyl over the entire surface of the wet bed. Just as professional installers have been doing for decades. However, the classic method of gluing vinyl flooring is also suitable for experienced hobby floor layers.
The alternative to adhesive
Fixmat is the alternative to adhesive, especially for floating installation (with one-sided fixing) under fixed floor coverings. The mat levels out minor unevenness and reduces impact sound. It is free from plasticisers, chlorine, asbestos, formaldehyde, halogenated substances and heavy metals in accordance with
VOC guidelines, Afsset A+ and the guidelines of the AGBB scheme.
